At Intimate Rose, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel must remain sealed and tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
